What is A1Omads Kids Learning App?

A1Omads Kids Learning App is a fun and interactive educational app for children. It includes engaging content like kids’ rhymes, animated stories, memory games, coloring activities, puzzles, and connect-the-dots games designed to boost creativity and learning through play.

Are videos and activities available offline?

Yes, many videos can be downloaded and accessed offline. Once downloaded, no internet connection is needed to watch them. However, you will need an internet connection to initially download the content. Please ensure your device has sufficient storage space for downloads.

Why are some contents locked and not accessible?

Some content in the app is premium and designed to provide enhanced educational value. These include brain-boosting games and interactive activities. You can unlock this premium content through in-app purchases or by subscribing within the app.

Where are my saved drawings or snapshots from the painting section?

Snapshots and artwork created in the app are saved to your device’s Gallery (or Photos app), inside a folder named “A1Omads” or similar depending on your device.

Why is video downloading slow?

Video download speed depends on your internet connection. We use global CDN servers to ensure fast downloads worldwide. Please also check that your device has enough memory and is connected to a stable network.

I made an in-app purchase but nothing was unlocked. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the app.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Reinstall the app from the Play Store or App Store.
If the content is still not unlocked, please contact us.

How do I restore in-app purchases on another Android or iOS device?

For Android:

  1. Ensure you're logged into the correct Google account used for the purchase.
  2. Open Google Play, tap the menu icon, and verify your account at the top.
  3. If incorrect, switch to the correct account in device settings.
  4. Reinstall the app.

For iOS:
