Welcome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by A1 OMAds LLC (“A1Omads”, “us”, or “we”), including our mobile apps, websites, and any associated content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services—including using the Kids Learning App, accessing content, or making in-app purchases—you agree to these Terms. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form a binding legal agreement between you and A1 OMAds LLC, a registered company based in the United States.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS: YOU ALSO AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER U.S. LAW, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS-ACTION CLAIMS AGAINST A1 OMADS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS.

Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Your use of our Kids Learning App and all associated services is subject to our privacy practices, which are compliant with U.S. child privacy regulations (including COPPA).

Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available through the A1Omads website and mobile apps—including videos, games, activities, music, images, text, trademarks, logos, and digital downloads—is owned or licensed by A1 OMAds LLC. All rights are reserved and protected under U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

License and Access

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time and for any reason. You agree not to modify, copy, or distribute any part of the content without written permission.

Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at Contact us.

Free Services

Our Kids Learning App may offer a limited selection of free songs, games, or content. Additional content may be accessed through in-app purchases or a subscription plan.

Subscription Service and Billing

Subscribed users will gain access to all premium content. By subscribing, you agree to pay the listed subscription fee and adhere to the terms of your selected payment provider (e.g., Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. If you do not agree with the new pricing or terms, you may cancel through your app store settings.

Billing Disputes

All billing is processed by app store providers such as Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Any billing disputes should be submitted directly to the app store, or to us at Contact us for support.

App Permissions

To provide full functionality, our apps may request certain permissions from your mobile device (e.g., storage, internet access, audio). You will be notified of these permissions when installing or using the app.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State, e.g., Texas or California], without reference to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration as specified above.
